Women often ask “How can I get rid of cellulite fast?” and “Can I get rid of cellulite without spending a lot of money on expensive anti-cellulite laser treatments?”

I have already explained in detail everything you need to know about cellulite here. But some of the readers tell me that the article is too long and there is too much information. Some women tell me, that they don’t care about different kinds of cellulite, cellulite causes, etc. – they just want to get rid of cellulite as soon as possible.

So, in this article I’m going to write only about getting rid of cellulite fast and at home. It means you don’t need to go to any beauty clinics and spend a lot of money there. You don’t need to join any expensive gym memberships, etc. You can do it at home, and you can do it without any sophisticated equipment or any other expensive tools.

How to Get Rid of Cellulite Very Fast

Step 1

The first and most important thing that you must do to really get rid of cellulite fast is the exercise. You have probably heard it many times, and some of you might say “it didn’t work for me”. It didn’t work because you didn’t do the right exercises in the correct way. 

Cellulite, despite many complicated descriptions about it, is a simple thing – weak muscle fibers under the skin. It’s not just fat. The weak muscle fibers under the skin make fat look like that. That’s why a slim woman like me used to have cellulite too. So, to kill the cellulite for good, you need to make those muscles strong again.

The second very important thing is the diet. You can achieve much faster results with Joey Atlas’ exercises, if you eat proper food.

So, you should drink plenty of water to keep your body properly hydrated. The first thing in the morning I do, I squeeze a half of lime juice (you can use lemon juice instead) into a glass of water and I add a teaspoon of honey. Drink it 3-4 times a week. On the other 3-4 days a week I cut fresh ginger root, smash it and keep it in a glass of hot water for a few minutes. After a few minutes I add some honey and drink it. If you can’t get fresh ginger, you can use ginger in powder. 

Throughout the day I drink warm water, green tea or some other herbal drinks. Try to avoid cold drinks and you should completely stop drinking all the sweetened drinks like Pepsi, Coke, etc., including all the juices from the supermarket. There’s not much value in them, anyway. Also avoid all those drinks with artificial sweeteners that supposed to be healthier than sugar.

I also include the cellulite fighting foods I wrote about here, into my diet every day. The general rule is to eat plenty of vegetables and some fruit (not too much fruit) every day and to limit meat as much as possible.

Additional Steps

As you see I wrote mainly about 2 steps, because they are enough and they guarantee that you will get rid of cellulite fast. So, the Naked Beauty Program and the diet are all that you need. But if you want to make the process even faster you might consider adding some anti-cellulite creams to your daily routine. 

The creams won’t get rid of cellulite on their own. Actually, most of the anti-cellulite creams don’t work, so do the research before you decide to buy any. I wrote about the cellulite creams here. Some of the creams that helped me are Revitol, Somatoline and Dermology. But, the creams are not really necessary if you do the Naked Beauty Program.

Another thing that can help a little is dry massage. Oil massage isn’t recommended for cellulite.

I would avoid liposuction, laser for cellulite and other such procedures. They are expensive and not necessary.
