Anti-Cellulite Exercise Routine

Do you hate the thought of having to have plastic surgery for something so commonly found in women as cellulite?  Do you wonder why it is that no one seems to know what causes cellulite, but everyone seems to have a cure-all solution for it?

Are you sick and tired of all of the hype and just want a solid regimen to follow to help you in your struggle with eliminating cellulite in your body at its source?  Well, there is evidence that suggests that with attention to diet, exercise and a dose of diligence, you can rid yourself of the unattractive dimples, shadows and saggy ripples known as cellulite.

Anti-Cellulite Workout

Working out offers a two-part solution; more muscles and less fat because cellulite is a two-part problem — too little muscle and too much fat. Cellulite is a terrible condition that affects so many, especially women.

If you are looking to fight cellulite like so many other people in the world today, you will be happy to know that you don’t have to look any further than within yourself for the real answer.  Thanks to the great “Get Your BOOTY In Shape” diet plan and workout routines provided by my friend Kyra, The Get In Shape Girl; you can slim down and firm up with these proven exercises designed to help burn calories, banish cellulite, and lose weight.

Be sure to incorporate cardiovascular exercises, as well.  Because cellulite has a lot to do with poor circulation, cardio workouts can really help to reduce the bulge and smooth out the skin in your problem areas. There are many ways to fit in a cardiovascular session, but some of the most effective are:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Biking
  • Swimming

While all of these offer specific benefits of their own, they all help to keep the whole body engaged. This keeps the blood moving and helps to improve circulation as long as the exercise is done on a consistent basis.

You may also want to consider trying products like the It Works Body Wrap and contouring Defining Gel to supplement your workout.  They combine well together to give your body a look that is unspoiled by cellulite.

The Role of Diet

As with any program to improve your overall health and physical appearance, the basic foundational level is a good healthy diet.  Exercise will certainly help you to kick The Big C to the curb but to really see results, you need to clean up your diet and avoid key toxins that contribute to that cottage cheese effect.

Top suggestions for decreasing cellulite are:

  • Avoid processed food (pretty much anything in a packet), as well as sugars, sweet drinks and caffeine.
  • Cut soy products out of your diet and cut down on dairy too, sticking to organic versions when you do indulge (alternatives are almond or coconut milks).
  • Cut down on alcohol.
  • Significantly increase your intake of vegetables, especially the green, leafy kinds (it’s easy to say ‘yeah, yeah’ here and not take action but don’t underestimate what a powerful tool veggies are in transforming your body).
  • Make sure you’re getting plenty of water in each day.
  • Lean, organic proteins, nuts/seeds, good fats from avocados and oily fish are all your friends.
  • Never eat foods with ingredients you don’t recognize!

Incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables into your everyday meals, eating organically whenever possible and the avoidance of processed foods laden with chemicals and preservatives is vital to your success.  Not getting your fruit & veggie intake like you should? In Closing

Eliminating cellulite is not easy, but certainly worth the effort.  Consider the fact that when you eat right and exercise, it is not simply going to just affect the cellulite you hate.  It will, in fact, help to create an all-around healthier life by giving you stronger muscles to support your bone structures, as well as promoting good digestion and food absorption.

Cellulite Exercise

Cellulite- the scourge of millions of women's bodies around the world.  There are a lot of products out there that promise to eliminate cellulite, some make claims of even working within hours.  However, this is mostly just tricky hype.  At best, such products offer only a temporary solution.  Without proper a proper cellulite exercise routine, your body will not be able to keep cellulite away.To understand why working out helps your body fight cellulite, one must know a little bit more about what cellulite is and how it works.  Basically, cellulite is a combination of fat cells, toxins, and excess water that accumulates under your skin.  Your circulation becomes slower, and the skin ends up taking on a lumpy cottage cheese-like appearance.  It is quite hideous. Now that you know it is primarily composed of fat and excess water, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out the cause of it.  Yes, that's right - not exercising enough.  If you get proper exercise, you will build up your muscles, lessen the amount of fat in your body, and sweat away excess water.  Once you have cellulite in your body, however, it is very difficult to get it out.  Not just any exercise will do.  You need a cellulite exercise routine that especially targets the problem. Cellulite Exercise TipsHere are a few tips you should follow when forming your work out routine

- Work the muscles in the areas where you have the worst cellulite problem.  If you have bad cellulite in your tummy, do stomach crunches.  If it's bad in your thighs and legs, do exercises that work your legs and hips.  The same goes for your arms.  Light weight training is especially useful.

- Sweat, sweat sweat. Sweating helps drain excess water and flush toxins out of your body.  Aerobic exercise  or jogging works well for this.

- Drink a lot of water. If you are getting plenty of exercise, drinking a lot of water will speed up the cleansing process.  It won't become excess water in your skin.

- Eat a healthy diet.  Eat enough healthy foods to give your body the energy to build muscles.  Avoid junk food.  Building good muscles helps tighten your skin and remove cellulite.

- Use a cellulite cream.  This can be a good and effective supplement to your cellulite exercise routine.  .

If the heat is taking away the fun from your workout regime, then you might want to explore the world of water workouts. Water exercises work on multiple levels, strengthening and repairing the body even as you burn calories. “Water exercises are an excellent workout as the water buoyancy takes away the pressure from the joints and back. It helps people on the heavier side, or those suffering from joint issues, ligament tear and inflammatory diseases. Water gives you uniform resistance and support on the entire body. It improves circulation and also helps get rid of cellulite,” says wellness and fitness expert Vesna Pericevic Jacob. In case you are recovering from an injury, aqua aerobics might help aid the process. “Aqua yoga helps improve stability, balance and coordination of muscles increasing the full range of motion. These workouts help you initially to build strength and stamina if you have gone through certain injury,” says fitness expert Vicky Tulli. The exercises performed in water not just work on the outside, but also cools the body from the inside. “As the temperature of water is less than your body, it takes away the heat from you making you cooler from inside,” he adds.
